My trip to the Lufthansa Airlines Chicago Office was a highly enjoyable experience. Right from the moment that I arrived there, I was greeted with a lot of kindness and courtesy by the office’s staff. I was able to obtain answers for my queries on my schedule, baggage and check-in without any difficulty whatsoever. Everything was handled professionally and in an orderly fashion, and I did not feel hurried at all. I must say that the professional attitude of the office’s staff was very refreshing indeed.
