Tadalista CT 20 contains tadalafil 20 mg, a PDE-5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction (ED). It improves penile blood flow through a natural erection pathway: Sexual stimulation triggers nitric oxide release in the penis. Nitric oxide increases a chemical called cGMP, which relaxes the smooth muscles in penile blood vessels. Relaxed blood vessels allow more blood to enter the erectile tissue (corpora cavernosa), producing an erection. An enzyme called PDE-5 normally breaks down cGMP. Tadalafil blocks PDE-5, so cGMP stays active longer. The result is Tadalista CT 20 ability to get and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated. Tadalafil does not create an erection by itself and does not permanently increase penile blood flow; it temporarily helps the body’s normal erection mechanism work more effectively. Compared with sildenafil, tadalafil generally has a longer window of action (up to about 36 hours) and can be taken with or without food (though heavy alcohol use can worsen side effects). Common side effects include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, back pain, and dizziness. It should not be used with nitrate heart medicines because of the risk of a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
