A Silicone membrane diffuser is an aeration device designed to introduce compressed air into wastewater through precision-engineered perforations in a flexible silicone membrane. As air passes through the membrane, it creates extremely small bubbles that maximize oxygen transfer efficiency.

Unlike conventional coarse bubble diffusers, silicone membrane diffusers produce a larger surface area of contact between air and water, allowing oxygen to dissolve more effectively. This results in faster biological treatment, improved sludge stabilization, and lower energy consumption.

Silicone membranes are highly resistant to chemicals, UV exposure, temperature fluctuations, and biological fouling, making them ideal for continuous operation in demanding industrial environments.
