Poxet 30 mg (dapoxetine) can be used in younger adult men who have premature ejaculation (PE)—it is not a medicine for increasing sexual desire or improving erections. It is intended for men who have a persistent problem with ejaculating sooner than they would like and who experience distress or difficulty because of it. In younger adults, it may be considered for situations such as: Lifelong PE (the problem has been present since the first sexual experiences) Acquired PE (the problem developed later after previously having normal control) Poxet 30 mg causing stress, reduced confidence, or relationship difficulties Typical use: 30 mg is commonly the starting dose. It may not be the right choice if the main issue is: Difficulty getting or keeping an erection (ED) Low sexual desire Anxiety alone without PE Common side effects can include nausea, dizziness, headache, and light-headedness.
