Poxet 30 mg (dapoxetine) can be used in younger adult men who have premature ejaculation (PE)—it is not a medicine for increasing sexual desire or improving erections. It is intended for men who have a persistent problem with ejaculating sooner than they would like and who experience distress or difficulty because of it. In younger adults, it may be considered for situations such as: Lifelong PE (the problem has been present since the first sexual experiences) Acquired PE (the problem developed later after previously having normal control) Poxet 30 mg causing stress, reduced confidence, or relationship difficulties Typical use: 30 mg is commonly the starting dose. It is usually taken on demand before sexual activity, not as a daily medicine. Many guidelines describe taking it about 1–3 hours before sex and not more than once in 24 hours. It may not be the right choice if the main issue is: Difficulty getting or keeping an erection (ED) Low sexual desire Anxiety alone without PE Common side effects can include nausea, dizziness, headache, and light-headedness. Alcohol can increase the risk of dizziness or fainting. If you tell me your age and whether your issue is only early ejaculation or also erection difficulty, I can explain whether Poxet 30 mg matches your situation or whether another option is usually considered.
