Avana 100 mg contains avanafil, a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by improving blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. Throat dryness is not considered one of the most common side effects of avanafil, but some people may experience dry mouth or throat discomfort while taking this medication.
