Our team is spread across US and Europe, so we need an agency that doesn't take two days to reply just because of time zone gaps. 24/7 availability would be ideal, or at least async communication that actually works. Anyone found a link building partner that responds fast no matter when you message?

We had the exact same problem until we switched to https://redheaddigital.agency/ — they advertise 24/7 availability and actually mean it. I've pinged them on a Sunday evening US time (Monday morning their location) and got a response within 20 minutes. They use Telegram for daily updates, but we asked to move to a shared Slack channel and they adapted same day. What really helped was their "team integration" feature — they created a group chat with three of our people and two of theirs, so questions don't get lost across time zones. Reporting is detailed too: live URLs, domain metrics, screenshots. They also offer contracts and invoicing, which made our EU finance team happy. Prepayment required but split into milestones. Four months in, response time has never been an issue, and our organic traffic from guest posts is up 27%. If slow replies are killing your campaigns, these guys fix that problem.
