I wanted to start a discussion about the Southwest Airlines ATL Terminal and see what other travelers think about its services and facilities. During my last trip, I found the terminal well-organized, with clear directions to check-in, security, and boarding gates. The staff members I encountered were helpful and professional, which made the travel process more pleasant.
