Super P Force (sildenafil 100 mg + dapoxetine 60 mg) is a strong prescription combination medicine used for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in adult men. The question of safety for young men depends on age, health status, and how it is used. Is it safe for young men? It is NOT recommended for men under 18 years old. For men in their late teens or early 20s, it is not automatically unsafe, but it should only be used if prescribed by a doctor.
