Duratia 30 mg is not primarily recommended for erectile dysfunction (ED), mild or otherwise; it is a dapoxetine?based tablet mainly used to treat premature ejaculation (PE), not to improve erection hardness or rigidity. What Duratia 30 mg is for Duratia 30 mg contains dapoxetine 30 mg, an SSRI that delays ejaculation by increasing serotonin activity in certain brain pathways.
