Has anyone recently explored M3M Elie Saab Gurgaon in Sector 65? I came across this ultra-luxury residential project on Golf Course Extension Road and was impressed by its premium concept designed in collaboration with the globally renowned fashion brand ELIE SAAB. The project seems to offer a unique mix of luxury living, elegant interiors, and high-end amenities in one of Gurgaon's most prime locations.
What really caught my attention about M3M Elie Saab Gurgaon is the spacious 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK residences, modern architecture, private lift lobbies, and resort-style lifestyle features. The connectivity is another major advantage, with easy access to Cyber City, Sohna Road, and IGI Airport. From what I researched, the project is attracting both investors and luxury homebuyers because of its premium branding and strategic location.
I would love to know if anyone here has visited the site or invested in this project. How are the construction quality, pricing, and future appreciation prospects? Also, are the amenities and floor plans worth the premium pricing compared to other luxury projects in Gurgaon?
