Hi forum members, I am upgrading my laptop and need suggestions for the best hard drive option. I use the laptop for inventory management, product files, order records, and a barcode label printer. My current hard drive is slow, and it affects my workflow when I need to create and print labels quickly. I want a storage upgrade that improves speed and keeps my files safe. I am considering an SSD because many people say it is better for performance. However, I also need enough space for product images, label formats, reports, and backups. For this type of laptop use, would you recommend a 512GB SSD, 1TB SSD, or a regular HDD with more storage? Is there a big difference between SATA SSD and NVMe SSD for daily business tasks? Please share your best suggestions, especially if you use a laptop with a barcode label printer or similar office equipment.
