Super Avana contains avanafil (for erectile dysfunction) and dapoxetine (for premature ejaculation). Swelling of the feet (edema) is not a common side effect, but it can occur in rare cases, especially due to how avanafil affects blood vessels and circulation.
SUPER AVANA works by relaxing blood vessels to improve blood flow. In some sensitive individuals, this vasodilation can lead to fluid pooling in lower limbs, which may appear as mild swelling in the feet, ankles, or legs.
