I’ve been comparing different call management platforms recently, and most of them seem overly complicated for small businesses. Some require technical setup, while others sound robotic during conversations, which can create a bad first impression for customers.
The biggest challenge for me is finding something that balances automation with a natural conversation flow. During my research, I came across Callacy AI, but I’m still unsure whether AI-based systems are genuinely improving customer communication or just creating another layer of frustration.
For people already using AI phone assistants, what matters most in your experience? Voice quality, integration, pricing, lead capture, or something else entirely?
