Tadalista 40 mg is intended primarily for adult men with erectile dysfunction (ED). It contains tadalafil, the same active ingredient used in medications like Cialis, and is designed to help increase blood flow to the penis so a man can achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated. Who it is typically intended for Adult men diagnosed with erectile dysfunction Sometimes prescribed (in different tadalafil doses) for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms In some Tadalista 40 Mg , tadalafil is used for pulmonary arterial hypertension, but that uses different dosing and formulations—not 40 mg tablets Important note about the 40 mg strength A 40 mg dose is not a standard starting dose for ED. Typical tadalafil doses are: 10–20 mg taken as needed for ED 2.5–5 mg daily in some cases So 40 mg is considered a high-strength dose, and is generally only used if specifically directed by a doctor. It may increase the risk of side effects such as: Headache Flushing Dizziness or low blood pressure Prolonged erection (priapism, rare but serious) Heart-related strain in susceptible individuals
