Vilitra 60 mg can cause side effects, and the risk is generally higher because it is a very high dose of vardenafil, the same active ingredient found in Levitra.
Common side reactions are usually mild to moderate and may include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, dizziness, indigestion, and mild nausea. Some men may also experience back pain or muscle discomfort due to the way the medication affects blood vessel relaxation and circulation.
More noticeable effects can include low blood pressure, lightheadedness, or a feeling of weakness, especially when standing up quickly. Temporary visual disturbances such as blurred vision or increased sensitivity to light may also occur in some users.
Because VILITRA 60 MG is a high-strength dose, there is a greater risk of serious reactions in sensitive individuals. These may include chest pain, irregular heartbeat, severe dizziness, or fainting. A rare but important side effect is priapism—a prolonged and painful erection lasting more than 4 hours—which requires immediate medical attention to prevent permanent damage.
The risk of side effects increases significantly if Vilitra is taken with alcohol, nitrates (used for chest pain), or certain blood pressure medications, as this can lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
A healthcare provider should carefully evaluate whether such a high dose is appropriate based on your heart health, liver and kidney function, and other medications.
