Hey, one of the most emotional experiences of my life began with my visit to the Viva Aerobus Office in Miami, USA. After considering it for months, I decided to surprise my parents on their 25th anniversary. I wanted things to go flawlessly, so I was both excited and anxious as I walked into the office. I had no trouble sorting out all the travel-related arrangements thanks to the staff's kindness and patience. Their encouragement put me at ease, and as I left the office, I saw the invaluable moment when I would finally see my parents' shocked and joyful expressions.
