Vidalista 60 (tadalafil 60 mg) is not known to directly cause dehydration. Vidalista 60 is a high-dose form of tadalafil, used for erectile dysfunction. Its most common side effects are: headache flushing (warmth in face/neck) nasal congestion indigestion back or muscle pain dizziness (in some people) So where does the “dehydration” concern come from? It’s usually indirect, not a true fluid-loss effect: Headache + flushing can make people feel dehydrated, even when they aren’t Mild dizziness or low Vidalista 60 Mg pressure (from vasodilation) may feel similar to dehydration If someone is already in heat, exercising, or drinking alcohol, they may actually become dehydrated, but that’s due to those factors—not the medicine itself Important nuance Tadalafil does not increase urination or fluid loss, so it isn’t like a diuretic (water pill). True dehydration is not a recognized common side effect. When to be careful You should be more cautious if you: take alcohol with it stay in hot weather or do heavy physical activity are already not drinking enough water use blood pressure medicines (can increase dizziness/weakness feelings) Bottom line Vidalista 60 doesn’t directly dehydrate you, but it can create symptoms that feel similar to dehydration in some situations. If you want, tell me what symptoms you’re noticing after taking it—I can help you figure out whether it sounds like a side effect, dehydration, or something else.
