Why Zenegra 100 mg Should Be Used Cautiously in Hypotension: Sildenafil works by relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual activity, but this mechanism can also affect blood pressure. Zenegra (sildenafil) is a vasodilator, meaning it can cause a temporary drop in blood pressure.
