Cenforce 130 mg contains Sildenafil Citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction (ED). This is a relatively high dose, so it is generally prescribed when lower doses are not effective or when stronger support is needed. Patients who tend to respond best: Cenforce 130 Mg moderate to severe ED Difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection most of the time Weaker response to 50 mg or 100 mg Sildenafil 2. Men with diabetes-related ED Diabetes can damage blood vessels and nerves Often require higher doses for adequate response 3. Older men with vascular ED Reduced penile blood flow due to age-related vascular changes 4. Patients who previously had partial response to lower doses 50 mg or 100 mg worked but was not strong or long-lasting enough 5. Men without major cardiovascular restrictions Normal heart function is important because higher doses increase side effect risk Important caution Cenforce 130 mg is not a standard first-line dose. It increases the risk of: headache, flushing, dizziness low blood pressure prolonged erection (priapism) It should only be used under medical supervision, especially in people with heart disease, liver/kidney problems, or those taking nitrates. In summary Cenforce 130 mg works best in more resistant or severe ED cases, especially when lower Sildenafil doses fail to produce satisfactory results.
