Vidalista is a medication that contains tadalafil, commonly used for erectile dysfunction. While it is generally safe for many men, there are certain side effects that require immediate medical attention. These are usually rare but serious: Seek medical attention immediately if you experience: Chest pain, pressure, or irregular heartbeat – may indicate a heart problem. Severe dizziness or fainting – could signal low blood pressure or a serious reaction. Sudden vision loss or changes in vision – could indicate a rare condition called NAION Vidalista . Sudden hearing loss or ringing in the ears – sometimes accompanied by dizziness. Priapism – an erection lasting more than 4 hours, which can cause permanent damage if untreated. Allergic reactions – swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat; severe rash; or difficulty breathing. Common, usually mild side effects (less urgent but should be monitored): Headache Flushing (redness of face) Stomach upset or indigestion Nasal congestion Back or muscle pain Vidalista should not be taken with nitrates (used for chest pain) or certain other medications, as it can dangerously lower blood pressure. If you notice any serious symptoms, call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
