Hey everyone, I’ve been seeing more brands using large inflatable displays lately, things like giant product replicas, arches, and those dancing tube guys outside stores.

From what I understand, commercial inflatables are designed specifically for marketing purposes and events, and they’re built to be more durable and customizable than regular consumer inflatables. They definitely grab attention, but I’m wondering how effective they actually are compared to digital ads or traditional signage.

Has anyone here used advertising inflatables for promotions, store openings, or events? Did you notice any real boost in foot traffic or engagement? Curious to hear real experiences.

Yeah, I’ve actually used them for a retail launch and a couple of outdoor promo events, and they performed better than I expected. The main advantage is how visible they are. A large, custom inflatable instantly stands out and catches attention from a distance, which is something most traditional signage struggles to do. We used a custom inflatable display similar to the ones you can find here: https://gotinflatables.com/ and it made a noticeable difference in foot traffic. People were naturally drawn toward it, and a lot of them even stopped to take photos, which gave us some extra exposure on social media without any additional effort. From my experience, they work really well for brand awareness, especially in busy outdoor areas where you need something bold to cut through the noise. They’re also reusable, so you can use them across multiple campaigns, which makes them pretty cost-effective over time.
