A lot of companies have flexible leave policies which enable their workers to be on leave to attend to personal needs, go on vacation, or even due to health-related reasons without losing their income. Rather than the company subdividing the leave into various categories, all these are put in one system, and they are easily managed. This method enhances work-life balance and minimizes the misunderstanding concerning the nature of leaves. Simply put, the PTO meaning is Paid Time Off, which allows employees to be able to use their leave where they choose and still receive payment.
