Fildena 50 contains 50 mg of sildenafil citrate, used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It can be safely used by adult men who have ED and are otherwise in good health, with a few important considerations: 1. Suitable candidates: Men over 18 years old with diagnosed ED. Individuals with normal heart, liver, and kidney function. Those not taking medications that interact dangerously with sildenafil, such as nitrates (used for chest pain) or certain alpha-blockers. 2. Caution is needed: Fildena 50 Mg with heart disease, angina, or uncontrolled high blood pressure should consult a doctor first. Men with liver or kidney impairment may need dose adjustments. Men prone to low blood pressure or on blood pressure medications should discuss safety with their doctor. Avoid use if allergic to sildenafil or other ingredients in Fildena. 3. General advice: Take Fildena 50 about 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. It should not be used more than once daily. Avoid excessive alcohol, as it can reduce effectiveness and increase side effects.
