We’re currently reviewing different IVR solutions for a small but growing customer support team. The main goal is to route incoming calls more efficiently and reduce the number of manual transfers between agents. Ideally, the system should be easy to configure, allow simple call flow customization, and integrate with basic CRM tools.

We don’t need anything overly complex, but reliability and clear call routing are important. Cloud-based options would probably make the most sense for us since the team works partly remote.

If anyone here has implemented IVR software recently, I’d appreciate hearing what worked well for you and what to avoid. Real-world experiences are much more helpful than marketing pages.

We went through the same process last year while setting up our support line. After testing a few tools, the one that worked best for our team was Mightycall. The IVR setup was straightforward, and we were able to build a simple call menu in less than an hour. What I liked most was that it didn’t require a lot of technical knowledge to maintain, so our team can adjust call flows whenever needed without involving IT. For a small or mid-sized team, it’s been a pretty solid option from my experience.
