Tazzle 10 mg contains Tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). While Tadalafil primarily works by increasing blood flow to the penis, it can rarely affect vision due to its action on blood vessels and PDE enzymes in the eyes. How Tazzle 10 mg can affect vision: Blurred vision or color tinge changes – Some men report a temporary blue or green tint in vision or mild blurriness. This happens because PDE5 inhibitors can weakly affect PDE6, an enzyme in the retina that plays a role in color perception. Increased light sensitivity – Rarely, users may notice that bright lights seem more intense. Very rare serious events – Conditions like NAION (non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy), a sudden decrease or loss of vision, Tazzle 10 Mg been reported in very few users, especially those with pre-existing eye problems, heart disease, or uncontrolled blood pressure. Safety Notes: These side effects are usually mild and temporary, resolving within hours. If you experience sudden vision changes, vision loss, or prolonged visual disturbances, seek immediate medical attention. People with retinal disorders, diabetes-related eye issues, or a history of eye problems should consult a doctor before using Tazzle 10 mg.
