Malegra FXT Plus is not generally recommended, and here’s why: Reasons Not to Split Malegra FXT Plus Combination Medication: Malegra FXT Plus contains sildenafil citrate (for ED) and dapoxetine (for PE). The exact ratio of the two active ingredients is formulated for proper effectiveness. Cutting the pill in half may lead to: Too little dapoxetine, reducing effectiveness for premature ejaculation Too little sildenafil, reducing effectiveness for erectile dysfunction Tablet Design: Some combination tablets are film-coated or extended-release, meaning splitting can: Alter how the medicine is absorbed Malegra FXT Plus uneven dosing or side effects Safety Concerns: Inconsistent dosing could increase the risk of: Headache, flushing, dizziness Reduced efficacy leading to frustration or improper use Recommended Approach Do not split the tablet unless the manufacturer explicitly states it is scored for splitting. If you need a lower dose, ask your doctor or pharmacist. They can prescribe: A different strength of Malegra FXT or Separate sildenafil and dapoxetine tablets to adjust the dose safely Bottom line: Splitting Malegra FXT Plus is not safe or effective. The best way to adjust dosage is through a doctor’s prescription. If you want, I can make a safe dosing guide for all Malegra types (100 mg, 200 mg, DXT, FXT, FXT Plus) showing which can be split and which cannot. This is very useful for practical use.
