Malegra FXT, the choice of strength depends on the severity of erectile dysfunction (ED): Malegra FXT for Moderate ED Purpose of Malegra FXT: It is a combination medication containing Sildenafil (for ED) and Dapoxetine (for premature ejaculation). Designed for men who experience both ED and early ejaculation. Recommended Strength for Moderate ED: Sildenafil 50–100 mg is typically sufficient for moderate ED. Malegra FXT tablets in 50 mg or 100 mg Sildenafil (with standard Dapoxetine content) are commonly used. Higher doses (150–200 mg) are usually reserved for severe or treatment-resistant ED. Usage Guidelines: Take 1–2 hours before sexual activity. Maximum: 1 tablet per 24 hours. Works only with sexual stimulation; does not cause automatic erections. Precautions: Avoid nitrates or nitric oxide donors. Men with heart disease, kidney/liver issues, or low/high blood pressure should consult a doctor before using. Side effects may include headache, Malegra FXT , flushing, nausea, or rarely prolonged erections.  For moderate ED, the Malegra FXT 50 mg or 100 mg tablets are generally recommended, combining Sildenafil for erection support with Dapoxetine for delayed ejaculation. Higher strengths are reserved for severe ED. I can also create a Malegra FXT strength guide, showing 50 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, and 200 mg and which level of ED each is suitable for. This makes it easier to choose the right dose.
