Vidalista, which contains tadalafil, is generally well-tolerated, but like all medications, it can cause side effects. While common side effects include headaches, flushing, indigestion, and back pain, there are rare but serious side effects you should be aware of: Priapism – A painful erection lasting more than 4 hours. This is a medical emergency and requires immediate treatment to prevent permanent damage. Vidalista vision loss – Usually in one eye, which may indicate non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Seek urgent medical help if this occurs. Sudden hearing loss or ringing in the ears – Sometimes accompanied by dizziness. Immediate evaluation by a healthcare professional is necessary. Severe allergic reactions – Symptoms can include rash, itching, swelling (especially of face, tongue, or throat), severe dizziness, or difficulty breathing. Heart-related issues – Rarely, Vidalista can trigger chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or heart attack, especially in men with pre-existing heart conditions. To minimize risks, Vidalista should not be combined with nitrates, and caution is advised in people with cardiovascular problems, liver or kidney issues.
