Hey, I had a good and easy experience flying with Air India at Singapore Changi Airport, generally from Terminal 2. The terminal seemed neat, large, and simple to use. I didn't waste time looking for the Air India check-in counters because they were clearly identified. There was little confusion as airport and security proceeded at an ongoing flow. Waiting was made more comfortable by a variety of dining and retail options close to the gates.
