I’ve recently started getting more interested in vintage clothing, especially pieces from the 70s–90s, but I’m still learning how to tell what’s actually good quality versus just old.
When you’re browsing online or in thrift stores, what are the main things you look for first — fabric, stitching, labels, or overall condition?
I’d love to hear how more experienced people approach this and avoid buying items that don’t last.
