Hey! Although organising this trip may have been hectic, it was pleasantly calm thanks to the NetJets Office in Sydney. They handled every detail with clarity and patience. I didn't feel overburdened or perplexed. Rather, I was encouraged. Making a memory that my grandparents will always treasure was more important than simply scheduling a flight.
