Tadarise 60 mg contains Tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction (ED). Grapefruit (and grapefruit juice) can interact with Tadalafil because it affects enzymes in your liver, specifically CYP3A4, which metabolizes Tadalafil. How the Interaction Works Grapefruit inhibits CYP3A4, slowing the breakdown of Tadalafil in the body. This can lead to higher levels of the drug in your bloodstream, which may increase the risk of side effects. Possible Effects Taking Tadarise 60 mg with grapefruit can potentially: Intensify common side effects like headache, flushing, Tadarise 60 mg , or nasal congestion Increase risk of serious side effects such as low blood pressure, heart palpitations, or prolonged erections (priapism) Timing Grapefruit’s effect on CYP3A4 can last up to 24 hours or more, so even consuming grapefruit the day before or after taking Tadarise may affect the drug. There is no completely “safe window” for combining grapefruit with Tadalafil, so it is generally recommended to avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice while taking Tadarise.   Bottom Line Do not take Tadarise 60 mg with grapefruit or grapefruit juice to reduce the risk of enhanced side effects. Stick to other fruits or juices that don’t affect CYP3A4, like oranges, apples, or berries.
