Fildena Professional should not be used more than once in a 24-hour period. Here’s why: Fildena Professional contains Sildenafil Citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction. The recommended dose is usually one tablet per day, taken about 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. Taking it more than once a day can increase the risk of serious side effects, such as: Severe headache Dizziness or fainting Rapid or irregular heartbeat Low blood pressure Vision disturbances Priapism (a prolonged, painful erection) – Fildena Professional but urgent Using it more than once a day does not improve effectiveness and can be dangerous, especially in people with heart problems, kidney/liver issues, or those taking nitrates. If the standard dose is not giving the desired effect, a doctor can adjust your dose safely or suggest an alternative treatment. It’s important to always follow the prescribed dose and never exceed one tablet per day without medical supervision.
