Fildena 50?mg is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Its active ingredient is Sildenafil Citrate, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing blood vessels in the penis, increasing blood flow during sexual arousal to help achieve and maintain an erection.

Muscle weakness is not a common side effect of FILDENA 50 MG. The most frequently reported side effects include headache, flushing, dizziness, nasal congestion, upset stomach, and visual disturbances. These occur because Sildenafil affects blood flow and certain enzyme pathways, but they are generally mild and temporary.

However, in rare cases, some men may experience muscle aches, back pain, or fatigue, which could be perceived as weakness. These effects are typically temporary and resolve within 24–48 hours. The likelihood of significant or prolonged muscle weakness is very low.

Muscle weakness may also be influenced by other factors, such as underlying medical conditions (e.g., myopathy, low magnesium or potassium, or neurological disorders), concurrent medications, or excessive physical exertion.

If muscle weakness is severe, persistent, or accompanied by other symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, or swelling, it is important to seek medical attention immediately.
