Cenforce 130 mg is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains Sildenafil Citrate, the same active ingredient as Viagra, and works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping men with ED achieve and maintain an erection. However, like any medication, Cenforce 130 mg may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with certain medical conditions. Below are some of the key medical conditions that could affect the use of Cenforce 130 mg: 1. Cardiovascular Conditions: Heart Disease: Sildenafil (the active ingredient in Cenforce) can cause a temporary drop in blood pressure. This may be dangerous for individuals with heart conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart attack (especially within the past 6 months), or heart failure. Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension): Since Sildenafil can cause a drop in blood pressure, men with low blood pressure (below 90/60 mmHg) should avoid Cenforce 130 mg or use it with caution. Recent Stroke: Men who have had a stroke (within the past 6 months) should Cenforce 130 Mg a healthcare provider before using Cenforce 130 mg, as the medication may exacerbate certain cardiovascular risks. Arrhythmias or Irregular Heartbeat: Sildenafil can affect heart rhythm in some individuals. Men with arrhythmias or other irregular heart conditions should seek medical advice before using this medication. 2. Liver and Kidney Diseases: Liver Disease: If you have severe liver impairment (e.g., cirrhosis), your body may have trouble metabolizing Sildenafil properly. This could increase the risk of side effects. A lower dose or an alternative treatment might be recommended by your doctor. Kidney Disease: Severe kidney impairment can also affect the way Sildenafil is processed. In such cases, a lower dose may be necessary, or Cenforce 130 mg may need to be avoided depending on the severity of kidney function impairment. 3. Eye Conditions: Retinitis Pigmentosa: Sildenafil (the active ingredient in Cenforce) is not recommended for men with a history of retinitis pigmentosa (a genetic condition that affects the retina and leads to vision problems). Non-arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy (NAION): This is a condition that involves sudden vision loss due to lack of blood flow to the optic nerve. Sildenafil has been associated with an increased risk of NAION in some individuals, so men with a history of this condition should avoid using Cenforce 130 mg. Vision Changes: If you experience sudden vision loss or color vision changes (e.g., blue-tinted vision), seek medical help immediately, as these could be signs of serious side effects.
