Valif Oral Jelly is an erectile?dysfunction (ED) medication meant for use as needed, roughly 15–60?minutes before sexual activity. Medical guidelines say you should not take more than one dose in any 24?hour period.

Because of this, taking Valif every day — regardless of whether you plan sexual activity — is not generally recommended. Frequent daily use may increase the likelihood of side effects, such as headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, dizziness, or visual disturbances.

Moreover, using ED medication daily may pose extra risk if you have underlying health issues — e.g. heart problems, blood?pressure issues, liver or kidney impairment. The drug also should only lead to an erection when there is sexual stimulation; it does not increase sexual desire by itself.

In short: while one dose in 24?hours is the standard legal/medical limit, regular “daily” use of VALIF ORAL JELLY 20 MG especially when not needed — is not considered safe or appropriate.

If you want — I can also summarise what medical experts recommend for long?term ED management (if ED is frequent) instead of daily ED?pill use.
