Good question. It’s hard to say exactly when the brand Duratia 90 mg was “adopted by industry,” because “industry adoption” depends on region (country), regulatory approvals, marketing, etc. But we can approximate based on its active ingredient and development timeline:

Duratia uses Dapoxetine as its active ingredient. Dapoxetine was first developed by Eli Lilly as an antidepressant under the code LY-210448.

In December 2003 the patent for dapoxetine was sold to another company (PPD), which licensed marketing rights to ALZA Corporation (then part of Johnson & Johnson) for sexual health / premature ejaculation (PE) use.

A New Drug Application (NDA) was submitted to the U.S. regulatory authority in December 2004 for using dapoxetine to treat PE.

Although dapoxetine was not approved in the U.S., from 2009 onwards it began to be approved and marketed in many countries worldwide for PE — in Europe and elsewhere.

Therefore — since DURATIA 90 MG is a brand name formulation of dapoxetine (as many sources show) we can infer that “industry adoption” (i.e. the drug becoming commercially available under dapoxetine-based products) dates back to roughly 2009 (when dapoxetine got market approval in several countries).

In other words: the chemical/drug was developed in early 2000s; the licensing and regulatory push happened around 2003–2005; widespread commercial availability (which would include brands like Duratia) began around 2009.
