An IP phone is the personal device that employees use to make and receive calls over the internet, whereas an IP PBX (Internet Protocol Private Branch Exchange) is a centralized system that controls and routes calls inside a business. To put it simply, IP phones are the endpoints that link users, and IP PBXs are the brains of your communication network.
