Hi everyone,

I’ve been thinking about the best ways to safely power multiple display lights for rock and crystal collections. Since many of us like to use LEDs or small lamps to highlight our favorite pieces, I started reading up on electrical safety.

One concept that caught my eye is the isolation transformer. In electrical setups, it helps separate your display circuits from the main power supply, which can prevent short circuits or accidental shocks especially when working with decorative lighting or water features around your rocks.

I’m curious if anyone here has tried using an isolation transformer for display lighting or similar setups. How did it affect the safety or reliability of your displays? Any tips or experiences would be great to share!
