Tadalista 20 mg is a prescription medication containing Tadalafil, used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. While it is generally well-tolerated, like all medications, it can cause side effects. Most common side effects include headache, flushing, dizziness, upset stomach, back pain, or nasal congestion. However, there are rare but serious side effects that patients should be aware of.

One rare side effect is prolonged erection (priapism), where an erection lasts more than four hours. This is a medical emergency, as it can cause permanent damage to the penis if not treated promptly. Another uncommon effect is sudden vision changes or loss, which may indicate a condition called non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Similarly, sudden hearing loss or ringing in the ears (tinnitus) has been reported in rare cases.

Cardiovascular complications are also rare but serious, including chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or heart attack, especially in men with pre-existing heart conditions. Severe allergic reactions, such as rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing, are extremely uncommon but require immediate medical attention.

Patients taking TADALISTA 20 should seek prompt medical care if any of these rare side effects occur. Monitoring for unusual symptoms ensures safe and effective use of the medication while maintaining sexual health and overall well-being.
