I manage a small monthly craft subscription box, and customer feedback about packaging used to be hit-or-miss. After switching suppliers to The Packaging World, I redesigned everything using sturdier Custom Shipping Boxes that fit my products perfectly. The presentation improved dramatically—fewer crushed items, and the printed branding looks much sharper.

I also used Custom Cosmetic Boxes for smaller DIY kits, which gave each project a more polished, gift-like feel. Subscribers actually commented that it looked more “premium.”

What kind of feedback have you all received from customers after updating your packaging? Did it translate into more renewals or referrals?
