When will I receive my tickets for the event?

Adult tickets purchased online will be able to access their mobile ticket via the Interpark app. Please present the ticket QR code at the main entrance to gain entry.

For any disabled / national merit purchasers or children aged 12 and Under, a paper ticket will need to be collected at the Ticket Booth to gain entry. Please bring verification and/or proof of eligibility on arrival.

When contacting us please include your order number, the surname of the booking and the email address used to create the booking. Please do check your junk/spam/clutter folder in your emails before contacting us.

I have bought a ticket for one day of the event, but would like change to a different day. Is this possible?

What time do the main gates open?

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 0700 â?? 1500

â?¢ Remain still for each shot and do not move until all the Players in the group have played or holed out.

â?¢ Kneel or sit down if you are in the front row. Consider other spectators when using an umbrella.

â?¢ Please keep behind the ropes and barriers on the course and use the official crossing points.

â?¢ Walk, donâ??t run, and obey the course marshals â?? they are trying to make your day more enjoyable.

â?¢ There is no dress code in public areas.

â?¢ Dress accordingly for the weather conditions. Sensible shoes should be worn. No metal spikes allowed.

â?¢ Please listen to any public address announcements and follow instructions from officials and volunteers should they be necessary.

Spectators can move freely around the golf course but please stay outside the ropes. Controlled crossing points, which are clearly marked by signposts and manned by course marshals, should be used when crossing fairways.

Observe the leaderboards and big screens throughout the golf course for weather warning signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. Spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended.

There is public catering located within the Fan Village offering a wide variety of food and drink.

â?¢ Please be considerate to other spectators

â?¢ At all times, please take care to avoid disturbing players and please respond to all requests from tournament staff, security, players and members of their team

What if I need Medical assistance?

Full medical and first aid within the Fan Zone alongside 14th Hole. Should you require medical assistance whilst out on course, please ask a marshal or event official who can help.

Where can I find any lost property?

Lost property that has been found can be handed in to the nearest marshal, volunteer or event official. All items will be delivered to the Ticketing Booth at the Public Entrance.
