Vidalista 20 contains Tadalafil (20 mg), a medication used primarily to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and sometimes benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Tadalafil is also the active ingredient in Cialis, and it works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping men achieve and maintain an erection. However, like all medications, Vidalista 20 is not suitable for everyone. Certain groups of patients should avoid Vidalista 20 or use it with caution. Below are the primary groups of individuals who should avoid taking Vidalista 20 or take it under close medical supervision: 1. Patients Taking Nitrates: Vidalista 20 and other PDE5 inhibitors (like Viagra or Cialis) should not be taken with nitrates (medications used to treat chest pain or angina). Nitrates include medications like Vidalista 20 , isosorbide dinitrate, and others commonly used in treating heart conditions. Combining tadalafil with nitrates can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure, which may lead to fainting, heart attack, or stroke. 2. Patients with Severe Heart Conditions: Uncontrolled or severe heart disease, such as those who have had a recent heart attack (within the last 6 months), severe heart failure, or unstable angina, should avoid taking Vidalista 20. Vidalista 20 can put extra strain on the heart due to its effect on blood vessels and blood pressure, which can be risky for individuals with serious heart conditions.
