I'm currently using Calendly's free plan for scheduling, but for US-based teams and professionals, it sometimes feels limiting. I'm curious if there are other free tools that work well for managing multiple clients and appointments across different US time zones.

Specifically, I'm looking for tools that:

Allow multiple active event types at the same time.

Offer customization options for branding.

Integrate with popular calendar platforms like Google Calendar and Outlook.

Provide automated reminders and other productivity features.

For those in the US, what free scheduling tools have you used that effectively handle these needs? Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve been using Calendly’s free plan too, and it’s fine for simple scheduling, but juggling multiple clients and time zones quickly gets annoying. I came across this guide https://meetergo.com/en/magazine/free-calendly that talks about free alternatives and ways to get more features like multiple event types, calendar integrations, and reminders without paying. Honestly, it’s made my scheduling way less stressful.

Totally get that! Free Calendly works for simple scheduling, but juggling clients and time zones is a headache. Thanks for the link—these alternatives with extra features look super useful.
