We have all sat through boring PPTs with too much text, tiny fonts, and random clipart. When I had to make one for my class, I swore I wouldn’t do that but guess what, mine still looked bad. That’s when I checked out PowerPoint Presentation Services. They basically showed me how to keep slides clear: one idea per slide, big readable fonts, and visuals that match the point. The trick is to think about your audience. Do they want to read paragraphs off a slide? Nope. Keep it short and let your speech do the explaining. Also, limit slides—10 to 12 is usually enough. If you’re not sure, get a peer to review before presenting. Honestly, a clean design makes you look way more confident and professional.
