Fildena 150 mg contains a higher dose of Sildenafil Citrate, and while its primary use is treating erectile dysfunction (ED) in men, it may also have other medical applications under a doctor’s supervision.
Besides ED, Sildenafil—the active ingredient in Fildena 150—can be prescribed for:
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH):
Sildenafil helps relax blood vessels in the lungs, reducing pressure and improving the ability to Fildena 150 Mg in patients with PAH. In such cases, it is usually prescribed in lower doses and specific formulations (e.g., Revatio).
Raynaud’s Phenomenon (off-label use):
Some doctors may recommend Sildenafil for patients with Raynaud’s disease, a condition causing reduced blood flow to fingers and toes, leading to pain and color changes.
Altitude Sickness (under research/off-label):
Studies suggest Sildenafil may help prevent high-altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE) by improving blood flow in the lungs.
