Sign in and use the in-app Help & Feedback feature to report an issue with Outlook. For more complicated problems, connect to a support representative or chat with a virtual agent via the Microsoft Support website. By right-clicking the email and choosing Security settings > Report a concern, you may also voice concerns about problematic emails or offer comments on the Outlook.com web interface.
