Hi everyone,
I’m planning to fly with Himalaya Airlines soon and I’m considering visiting the Himalaya Airlines Kathmandu Office to sort out my booking. While online options are available, I usually feel more comfortable handling ticket changes, baggage questions, or schedule confirmations in person.
Has anyone here used the office recently? How was your experience with the staff—were they approachable and efficient? I’d also like to know if walk-ins are handled smoothly or if it’s better to call ahead. For travelers who needed special requests like seat upgrades or group bookings, did the office provide clear assistance?
I’m hoping to get some honest feedback before I make the trip there. Hearing from those who’ve already visited would help me decide if it’s worth going in person or sticking to online services.
