Filitra is primarily a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) because it contains vardenafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. Its main function is to improve blood flow to the penis, helping men achieve and maintain an erection during sexual activity. However, Filitra is not specifically approved for treating premature ejaculation (PE).
